Hall Capital Partners is a privately owned registered investment advisor that builds and
manages multi-asset class global investment portfolios for individuals, families and institutions.
We direct more than $22 billion in investment assets for our advisory clients and funds of funds
investors. Founded in 1994, our 100+ employees operate from offices in San Francisco and
New York.

The firm's thirteen year history began with the formation of Laurel Management Company, LLC
in 1994 by Kathryn A. Hall in San Francisco. The firm was established to manage assets for
a few significant investors with particular emphasis on building and managing multi-generational
or long-duration diversified investment portfolios. Over the next eight years, we began to offer
our expertise to an increasing number of clients. In 2002, the firm changed its name to Offit Hall
Capital Management LLC and opened a New York office. During the next five years, the
organization grew and strengthened its research and investment capabilities resulting in the
expansion of the investment advisory business. In an effort to deepen client relationships and
increase the availability of significant capital pools, we also developed several funds of funds
strategies. In 2007 the firm was restructured and renamed Hall Capital Partners LLC.
