Kirk C. Dizon
Managing Director

Kirk C. Dizon is a Managing Director at Hall Capital Partners LLC and Co-Head of the Private
Equity Group.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Dizon practiced law at Cooley Godward LLP where he
was a partner in the Fund Formation Group. He joined Cooley Godward in 1996 where his
practice was concentrated in the formation, representation, and review of both U.S. and non-
U.S. venture capital, private equity, hedge, and other investment funds (including funds-of-
funds).

Mr. Dizon currently serves on the the Advisory Committee of several private equity funds and
Limited Partner associations. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events and
has served on the Boards of Directors for several non-profit organizations.

Mr. Dizon received a LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, in 1996 from Georgetown University
Law Center. He received a J.D. in 1995 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in
Economics at Pepperdine University in 1990.
