Kirk C. Dizon
Managing Director

Kirk C. Dizon is a Managing Director at Hall Capital Partners LLC and Co-Head of the Private Equity group. The Firm's Private Equity program covers buyout, growth, distressed, credit, venture capital, and other private equity strategies on a global basis.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Dizon practiced law at Cooley Godward LLP where he was a partner in the Fund Formation Group. As a lawyer, his practice was concentrated in the formation, representation, and review of U.S. and international venture capital, private equity, hedge, and other investment funds.

Mr. Dizon currently serves on the Advisory Committees of several private equity funds both in the U.S. and abroad. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events and has served on the Boards of Directors for several Limited Partner associations and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Dizon earned a B.A. in Economics from Pepperdine University, a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.
