Kate Phillips is an Associate at Hall Capital Partners LLC and a member of the Firm's Portfolio Management practice in New York.

Ms. Phillips joined the Firm in 2010. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a Vice President in the Private Equity Group at Fortress Investment Group where she focused primarily on transportation and infrastructure investments. Previously, Ms. Phillips was a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. She started her career as an Analyst in Morgan Stanley's Public Finance Department in New York.

Ms. Phillips holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
