Matthew D. Burns

Matt Burns is a Vice President at Hall Capital Partners LLC and a member of the Firm's Portfolio Management practice.

Mr. Burns joined the Firm in 1999 and has held several roles. He began his career with the Firm as an Analyst, was promoted to Associate in 2001, and most recently advanced to Vice President in 2006. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Burns worked on the Equities and Equity Derivatives trading desks for West Coast Capital, an independent trading group based on the options floor of the Pacific Exchange.

Mr. Burns graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in English and a minor in Spanish. He currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Sitike Counseling Center.
