Kirk C. Dizon
Principal

Kirk C. Dizon is a Principal at Hall Capital Partners LLC and Co-Head of the Private Equity
Group.

Mr. Dizon joined the Firm in June of 2006. From 1996 until joining the Firm, Mr. Dizon practiced
law at Cooley Godward LLP, where he was a partner in the Fund Formation Group. At Cooley
Godward, Mr. Dizon's practice was concentrated in the formation, representation and review of
both U.S. and non-U.S. venture capital, private equity, hedge and other investment funds
(including funds-of-funds). He also represented various operating partnerships and limited
liability companies.

Mr. Dizon currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the Chengwei Foundation and the San
Francisco Filipino American Chamber of Commerce and is on the Advisory Committee of
several private equity funds.

Mr. Dizon received a LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, in 1996 from Georgetown University
Law Center. He received a J.D. in 1995 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in
Economics at Pepperdine University in 1990.
