Matthew D. Burns
Principal
Matt Burns is a Principal at Hall Capital Partners LLC and a member of the firm's Portfolio Management practice. His responsibilities include portfolio strategy, investment implementation and client reporting.
Mr. Burns has held several roles within the firm since joining in 1999 as an Analyst in the Client Services group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Burns managed the Equities Trading Desk for West Coast Capital, an equities hedge fund, investing proprietary capital on the options floor of the Pacific Exchange.
Mr. Burns currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Sitike Counseling Center. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
