William C. Perlitz, Jr.

Bill Perlitz is a Vice President at Hall Capital Partners LLC and a Senior Relationship Manager in the firm's Portfolio Management practice. His responsibilities include development and implementation of investment strategy, portfolio reporting, and general client service.
Mr. Perlitz joined the firm as an Analyst in 1999. He was promoted to Associate in 2001 and to Vice President in 2006. Previously, Mr. Perlitz worked as an Orientation Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch in the Private Client Services group.
Mr. Perlitz graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.A. in Ocean Studies and an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School and the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
