Royce R. Suba
Vice President
Royce Suba is a Vice President at Hall Capital Partners LLC where he focuses on Compliance Management. In conjunction with the Chief Compliance Officer, he formulates and implements compliance policies and addresses compliance issues.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Suba spent nearly four years with investment adviser Wentworth, Hauser and Violich as Legal and Compliance Manager. He previously worked as Regulatory Affairs Counsel for MarketCounsel, LLC advising registered investment advisers and hedge fund managers. Mr. Suba began his career as a tax consultant for high-net-worth individuals and corporations at Prager & Fenton and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Suba earned a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, a J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law, and an M.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP).
