Katherine K. Fischer, CFA
Katherine K. Fischer is a Senior Associate at Hall Capital Partners LLC and a member of the firm's Portfolio Management practice in San Francisco. She is responsible for developing investment strategy and constructing, monitoring, and rebalancing client investment portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. Fischer was a Portfolio Manager at Sand Hill Global Advisors, a Palo Alto-based investment management firm. She was responsible for developing, managing and rebalancing investment client portfolios as well as conducting due diligence and selecting managers within the firm’s alternative asset classes. Previously, Ms. Fischer was an Investment Associate at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation where she worked directly with the CIO on asset allocation and rebalancing strategies in addition to being closely involved in the manager selection and due diligence process across asset classes. Ms. Fischer began her career as an Associate Consultant in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company.
Ms. Fischer is a co-founder and director at Reclaim Childhood, a non-profit that seeks to empower refugee girls and women through sport and play.
Ms. Fischer graduated cum laude from Williams College with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology. She is a member of the CFA Institute and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
